  ONLY WHEN I SLEEP -The Corrs   可儿家族合唱团（The Corrs），由来自于爱尔兰小镇一个天主教家庭的四位兄弟姐妹吉姆（Jim）、莎朗（Sharon）、卡罗琳（Caroline）、安德烈（Andrea）组成。可儿家族合唱团是一只独具爱尔兰凯尔特民族风格的乐团。他们父母亲是巡回演出乐团的乐师，在父母亲的指引下，大哥吉姆负责吉他及键盘、大姐莎朗负责演奏小提琴、二姐卡罗琳负责打鼓、小妹安德烈则是吹奏锡笛及身兼主唱。  小时候四个人常常聚在父母亲楼上的卧房演唱，从木匠兄妹、老鹰合唱团、古典乐到宗教圣乐都有，可儿家族便自然而然地朝向音乐之路发展。 可儿家族以突出的表演成名于1996年在亚特兰大的夏季奥运会上。从那以后，发行了五张演播室唱片和单曲，并且在很多地方达到了白金。最成功的作品《talk on corners》（街角闲谈），得到了澳大利亚和英国的白金殊荣！ 可儿家族在慈善活动方面表现的十分积极，是个极具爱心的乐团。在许多的慈善演出中演出，比如2004年的THE PRINCE’S TRUST，2005年和u2乐队的博诺在8现场演唱会（外国的一种慈善演唱会，名为8）上的合作。也就在那个时候，可儿家族被英国女皇授予了MBEs的殊荣，并颁发了徽章，作为可儿家族在音乐和慈善方面所作贡献的双重见证。但是现在的可儿家族暂时性的解散了，是因为莎朗，吉姆和卡罗琳都有了自己的家庭，安德烈也逐渐走上了独奏事业。  you're only just a dreamboat sailing in my head you swim my secret oceans of coral blue and red your smell is incense burning your touch is silken yet it reaches through my skin and moving from within it clutches at my breast but it's only when i sleep see you in my dreams you got me spinning round and round turning upside-down but i only hear you breathe somewhere in my sleep got me spinning round and round turning upside-down but its only when i sleep and when i wake from slumber your shadow's disappear your breath is just a sea mist surrounding my body i'm workin' through the daytime but when it's time to rest i'm lying in my bed listening to my breath falling from the edge but it's only when i sleep see you in my dreams you got me spinning round and round turning upside-down but i only hear you breathe somewhere in my sleep got me spinning round and round turning upside-down but its only when i sleep it's only when i sleep sharon instrumental up to the sky where angels fly i'll never die hawaiian high in bed i lie no need to cry my sleeping cry hawaiian high it's reaching through my skin movin' from within clutches at my breasts but it's only when i sleep.... see you in my dreams you got me spinning round and round turning upside-down but i only hear you breathe somewhere in my sleep got me spinning round and round turning upside-down but its only when i sleep up to the sky where angels fly i'll never die hawaiian high in bed i lie no need to cry my sleeping cry hawaiian high  |
